The instructions are located
here on the right side of the page. This is to ensure that the image on the left and any
associated image maps are not disturbed by the resizing of text. The instructions will ask you to click on a part of the image to continue the process. If you click correctly you continue on the same path, if incorrectly then you may be branched off to a different set of instructions. You always have the back, forward and home buttons. |

Access: users who sign themselves in have guest only access. Registered manager users have the privilege of signing in new accounts for their own use. Each of these acccounts has access to a wider range of topics than the guest level, but only those which the manager is subscribed to. For special access contact Colin.
How these pages can be used: Managers often need their personnel to have a working knowledge of software and other processes. Some routines are used frequently and are well known. Others are used infrequently, and a non-destructive revision is helpful. Members of the group can log in at any time and follow through the function or process before performing the same thing in a live environment. In addition, reference to CAI pages may save time on support calls if a user can be referred to helpful pages before adding to the backlog on helpdesk lines.
